Return and Refund policy
RETURN POLICY
Once the order has been picked up, the refund will be initiated to your selected mode within 48 hours from the date of order is picked, subject to your returns passing quality checks.
Refund will reflect as per below-mentioned timelines, post initiation:
- Payment gateway refunds ( prepaid orders) takes 5-7 working days excluding Saturdays/Sundays and Bank Holidays.
- For a cash on delivery order you will receive a link on WhatsApp and email. You need to put in your number and accept refund via UPI/ Bank account transfer. It will take 5-7 days for the refund to reflect in your account.
REFUND POLICY
We have a Free 7-day Trial Policy. If 7 days have gone by since your order delivery, unfortunately, we won’t be able to offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return
a) The product must be in:
- Unused and the same condition as you received it
- The original packaging.
b) A refund shall not be processed in the following cases:
- If the product is returned after seven days
- If the item is worn, damaged, or not in its original packaging
c) The processing of refunds will occur within 5 days after the order is picked up from your end.
